Thank you for volunteering to work with the children in our church! We believe this to be a vital ministry and are so thankful for your desire to contribute. The children in our ministries are under our guidance and care- because of this we want to be thorough in the screening of those who have the opportunity to pour into their lives. Please complete this form with some information about you and where you'd like to volunteer. After we've looked it over we'll send you an email with some information on how to start the background screening process. All info collected is confidential.

Have you volunteered in Children's Ministry with a church, other than New Life, before? We would love to hear about your experience. We may call for reference and to get to know you better. Experience is not necessary to volunteer in Kidmin.
